River Paddle - Monmouth to Redbrook

Once you've learnt the basics of SUP a river paddle is a great way to see more of the river while learning more about SUP. We provide, board, paddle, buoyancy aids and wetsuits. You will have a qualified SUP instructor with 1 instructor to max 8 SUPer's. We will be begin with a 15 minuet reminder on land followed by paddle on the river. There will be the chance for a wild swim and lots of opportunities to spot the wildlife living on the river along the way. Please bring swimwear, water shoes, a change of clothes and a towel, water and snacks. Don't forget to arrive at least 10 minuets before the start of the session.
You will be picked up in Redbrook and transported back to Monmouth to begin the paddle.
