Our SUP lessons are lots of fun and will give you the basics of how to SUP in a safe environment. We provide, board, paddle, quick release belt, buoyancy aids and wetsuits. You will have a qualified SUP instructor with 1 instructor to max 8 SUPer's. We will be begin with a 20 minuet lesson on land followed by paddle on the reservoir. We will play some games to help you feel more confident and make the session lots of fun. Please bring swimwear, water shoes, a change of clothes and a towel. Water and snacks are great for after your SUP. Don't forget to arrive at least 10 minuets before the start of the session.
